This rugged neoprene McDavid Knee Guard provides protection against lateral side impacts and hyperextension of the knee.

Ideal for use as a protective brace during athletic activity to help prevent injury. Also indicated for use on sprains, strains, medial or lateral instability.

Comes in two versions and has an optional L.A.S. (Ligament Augmentation System) strap system.

Features the M-2 geared polycentric hinge with increased offset and rigidity. Polycarbonate resin construction with aluminum inlays for excellent impact management. Fits either knee. Works with optional 155 L.A.S straps.

155 Ligament Augmentation System

McDavid Knee Guard Ligament Augmentation system

U.S. Patent #4805606. The 155 L.A.S. is an optional accessory ststem that securely snaps into place at the top and bottom of both the M-1 and M-2 series McDavid Knee Guards. Non-stretch tension-adjustable straps cross at the medial joint line through a pressure pad to augment the MCL and increase knee stability significantly when properly worn.
