ACT, the performance knee support will give confidence for peak performance.   ACT's noncompressible insert surrounds the kneecap providing a massaging effect as the knee is flexed or extended.  This increases  blood flow and reduces swelling and pain while the elastic knit assists in supporting the joint.  A specially integrated comfort knit eliminates bunching and pinching in the sensitive area behind the knee.  Interior silicone banding at both the top and bottom of the support helps eliminate slippage.

Unlike neoprene, ACT's lightweight, breathable knit is designed to move with the body, and will not retain excessive heat, leading to patient comfort and compliance.

Specially knitted comfort zones effectively help avoid bunching and pinching in sensitive areas.

ACT is knitted to gently support joints through controlled, uniform compression that provides awareness resulting in stability while assuring full range of motion.

Machine washable without loss of elasticity and/or compression.
